Mr Mohammed Yafai
Co-founder and Education Lead
Mohammed Yafai is an experienced Science teacher specialising in Physics, holding a degree in Physics and with almost 15 years of tutoring and 8 years of classroom teaching experience, including six years in the UK and two years in Dubai. He has held multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Science, Lead Teacher of A-Level Physics, and Lead for Data and Assessment within Science. Mohammed has also held a whole-school leadership role in teaching and learning, overseeing teacher training and driving school-wide improvements in pedagogy. He serves as an AQA Advisor for A-Level Physics Practical and holds an NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership), reflecting his commitment to educational excellence. His teaching is grounded in evidence-informed strategies, and he has an outstanding record of student success at both GCSE and A-Level.
Ms Megan Hodgson
Co-founder and Education Lead
Megan Hodgson is a highly experienced English teacher with 9 years in the classroom, including seven years in England and two years in Dubai. She has held leadership roles such as Deputy Head of English, focusing on Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Literature, and holds a Masters in Educational Leadership.
Megan’s expertise spans curriculum development, creating knowledge booklets, designing home learning programmes, and marking for AQA, Edexcel, and Cambridge IGCSE Language. She also coordinated whole-school Extra-Curricular Activities for two years. Megan combines deep subject knowledge with research-informed strategies to inspire students, develop confidence, and support outstanding outcomes in both literature and language.

Ms Aleskia Djukic
Geography Teacher
Aleskia is a passionate Geography teacher with 9 years of teaching experience working with students aged 11–18. She has 7 years of experience leading subject faculties, guiding curriculum development and supporting both staff and students.
She holds a BSc in Geography and an MA in Environment, Politics, and Globalisation. Aleskia has a strong enthusiasm for both physical and human geography and is dedicated to helping students develop a deep understanding of the subject while fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
Mr Ben Shea
Science Teacher, Specialising in Biology
Ben is an experienced Biology teacher with 8 years in the classroom. He has taught across both GCSE and A-Level, specialising in Biology while also bringing expertise in Physics and Psychology. His teaching is rooted in evidence-based practice, using strategies such as retrieval practice, modelling, and scaffolding to make challenging concepts accessible and memorable.His supportive yet academically rigorous approach ensures students are fully prepared to excel in their studies and beyond.
Mr Nathan Vidaurri
Science Teacher, Specialising in Chemistry
Nathan is a Chemistry specialist with 5 years of teaching experience working with students aged 11–18. He studied all three sciences at A-Level before completing a degree in Chemistry and Pharmacology at the University of Birmingham.
While Chemistry is his primary focus, Nathan also teaches all three sciences to his cohorts and has experience across multiple exam boards. He is dedicated to helping students build strong subject knowledge, develop exam skills, and achieve their full potential in both GCSE and A-Level Science.
Mr Kris Ekins
Maths Teacher
Mr Kris Ekins is a qualified Maths teacher with 7 years of teaching experience in the UK. He has also worked extensively as a private tutor with outstanding outcomes. Kris is a Maths Mastery Ambassador, specialising in building deep, long-term understanding of mathematical concepts to create confident, adaptable learners.
He has successfully taught students of all abilities and particularly excels at stretching and challenging high-achieving students to help them reach their full potential.
Ms Tahne Yafai
Primary Specialist
Tahne is an outstanding primary school teacher with over a decade of experience across all year groups from Reception to Year 6. She combines deep subject knowledge with proven evidence-based strategies to help children not only achieve, but exceed their potential. With a strong track record of preparing pupils for SATs, she has consistently guided children to meet and surpass expected standards, including many who have achieved Greater Depth (GDS).
Mr Abdul Galil
History Teacher
Abdul is an accomplished History teacher with a passion for bringing the past to life and helping students develop a deep understanding of the subject. He uses research-informed strategies to make complex historical events and abstract ideas clear, memorable, and engaging. Skilled at guiding students through exam preparation, Abdul emphasises critical thinking, analysis, and the ability to form strong, evidence-based arguments.
